Manager Robert provides excellent customer service. He catered to all his customers. Robert is kind and polite when I ask if I could have hot sauce. It’s so uplifting watching him work and interact with his customers. I would hire him in the heartbeat. Oh, food is also good.

10/10 recommend this location above all! I live in La Jolla, and was recommended to visit this place in Santee , and boy am I glad I did! The food is outstanding and the staff is very kindhearted. The service was especially quick and I was greeted by very nice employees, so nice I had to catch their names. So make sure you get served by Sarah and Brandon, they made my experience worthwhile!

First time customer views. This place felt like I was visiting family. I was greeted as soon as I came in with a smile. I asked what was recommended and McCall shared her favorites as well as the most popular. We ordered a few plates and the fries bowl. We were treated like family as I said, very attentive customer service, we wanted more and they brought it out to us, Julien and Brandon were also clearing dishes to make room for the more they brought to our table. We came in hungry and left satisfied. Tummy full of the rich flavors. We can't wait to go back, we didn't leave room for dessert we had to take some home the portions were large, so that's also on the list for the next visit!

We had a wonderful dining experience at the Santee location. Everyone seemed happy to be there, and it felt very welcoming. Sarah and Kaylee were at the counter and were super friendly w my sassy 7 year old! Brandon brought out our food and brought us all the extra things we asked for. Sarah also answered all of our questions about the food since we’ve only been there a couple of times. Will def be coming back!

I had an amazing experience at Luna Grill today! The food was fresh, flavorful, and exactly what I needed—perfectly grilled kabobs, tasty pita, and a killer side of hummus. But what really made the visit stand out was Sarah. She took our order with a huge smile and was incredibly helpful, walking us through the menu like a pro. I wasn’t sure what would work best with my dietary needs, and she patiently offered suggestions that hit the spot. Her customer service was top-notch— attentive, friendly, and just genuinely awesome. Luna Grill’s already a gem, but Sarah made it a 5-star stop for sure. Can’t wait to come back!

The Team is very friendly, we get a warm “welcome” every time we come in. Always taking care of us. Food is great, we love the hummus and the “new” chopped chicken option in out bowls... place is always clean and nice to be in... thank you Luna of Santee!

The food here is amazing and the service is even better Sarah and Brandon always make sure I leave with a smile on my face. Immaculate service delicious food that is healthy and gets out fast. They are always checking in on my family and I. This is my favorite Luna grill location I will always come back. Sarah is specifically great with my kids it’s so nice to see someone that has the patience and care for the kiddos.

My mother and I went to Luna Grill in Santee. We hadn't been there in a long time. Needless to say, I was very impressed with the customer service. Brandon took our order. He gave us time to navigate the menu and place our orders, which was appreciated in this world, where everyone is on a rush. He also asked if I wanted a water cup since I hadn't ordered a drink. The bathroom was clean and well taken care of. The food was phenomenal, just the gyro meat dried out a lot. Kaylee was very patient with me and my couple return trips for to go boxes, and she brought out the gyro meat they had forgotten to give my mother. And last but not least, Julian, the manager, wiped down all the tables himself. Overall, I was impressed. The only reason I rated the atmosphere as a four was because I'm on the spectrumand the music was a little stimulating for me, but overall, for a normal person, I can see why this place is a 4.8. It's totally awesome customer service!
